  • 1. Get a free quotation: Request a free quotation here or contact us through email or iMessage at thewhiffapp@gmail.com.and we’ll deliver quick and accurate pricing of your fragrance in 48 hours or less. 

    2. Drop off or send your perfume: Visit our office or ship your perfume to us. We handle in-house authentication, grading, and photography at no additional cost. Once your fragrance is with us, consider it taken care of.

    3. Fast payout: No waiting period. Once the buyer return period ends, expect your payment to be wired to you within 5 business days. Quick, seamless, and secure.

  • Not at the moment! Our concierge consignment service requires physical examination of all perfumes to ensure authenticity and display their true condition to potential buyers. We will soon introduce an express consignment service, allowing you to list a perfume with whiff without sending it to us until it sells. Stay tuned!

  • We currently accept consignments in our Seattle office, where our authentication centre are located.

  • We will need the information below: perfume brand, batch number, estimated time of purchase

    Let us know if the original box is included.

  • The minimum consignment period at whiff is 60 calendar days. If you wish to have your fragrance returned within the minimum consignment period, please note that we charge a fee of US$ $50.

  • Our Perfume Specialists will get back to you within 2 business days (Tuesday to Saturday, 11:00 to 7:00 PST).

  • We typically review consignment requests within 1-2 business days.

  • Once your perfume has been sold and the Buyer has confirmed receipt and satisfaction with the perfume, you will receive payment through stripe within 5 business days. For orders that require delivery, the payment will be issued within 5 business days after the 7-calendar-day Buyer protection period. Rest assured that whiff handles the payment process and deducts the Seller fee before sending you the payment.
